I was tired today...did chest in am and then went back at night before I taught Hot Yoga

Incline BB Press

PM workout
Cable Fly

Seated TriPushdown Machine...45 lb plates on each side
2x45 (90)x10, 1x100x8

Double Arm Tricep Press (behind Head) - seated
15x15, 20x15, 30x7

Rope Pulldown
20x10, 2x25x8, 30x7
